The use of the site implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions described below. These Terms of Use may be modified at any time and users are advised to consult them regularly.
This site is normally always accessible to users. Interruption due to technical maintenance can however be decided by, which will then endeavor to communicate to users about the date and time of the intervention.
The site is regularly updated by Hazló, painter. Similarly, the the present legal informations may be modified at any time: the user is encouraged to refer to them as often as possible .

3. Description of services provided.
The goal of the site is to provide information on all the activities of the painter Hazlo.
Hazlo strives to provide the site with as accurate informations as possible. However, he cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether its fact or third party partners that provide this information.
All information listed on the site are for informational purposes and are subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the website are not exhaustive. They are dependent on the changes that can be made since they are online.

4. Contractual limitations on the technical data.
The website uses JavaScript technology.
The website can not be held responsible for damage arising from use of the site. In addition, the site user agrees to access the site using the latest equipment, not containing virus with a recent and up-to-date browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeiting.
Hazlo, painter, owns the intellectual property rights or owns the rights to use all the items available on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and sounds.
Any reproduction, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the Site, regardless of the means or process, is prohibited without prior written permission from Hazlo.
Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its materials will be deemed to constitute an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 of the Intellectual Property French Code.

6. Limitations of Liability.
Hazlo can not be held liable for direct and indirect damage to the equipment of the user when accessing the site and resulting from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications in paragraph 4, or resulting of of a bug or incompatibility.
Hazlo may not be held liable for consequential damages (such as a loss of market or loss of opportunity) arising from the use of the site

7. Management of personal data.
In France, personal data are especially protected by law n ° 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive October 24, 1995.
During the use the site, URL links through which the user has accessed the site, the provider of the user, the Internet Protocol address (IP) of the user, can be collected.
In any case, if personal informations about the user are collected for the need of certain services offered by, the user provides those informations with full knowledge, especially when when he provides them by himself. It is then cleared to the user of the site the obligation or not, to provide such informations.

Important : The collected mail addresses or informations, (through the contact form), may be used in the future to inform the visitors who provided them about Hazló’s exhibitions and  news topics. If the visitor does not want his address to be used at this or any other goal he can opt for.
Moreover, every user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to his personal data, by simple request to the Webmaster, through the Contact Form of the site, or by post mail (addresses are provided on top of this page).

No personal information about the users of will ever be published without the authorization of the user, nor exchanged, transferred or sold on any media, to any third party. Only the assumption of selling and its rights would allow the transmission of such information to the prospective purchaser who would in turn be given the same obligation to store and modify data with respect to the site users of the site.
The site is not declared to the french internet authority named CNIL (exemption for journalistic, as well as literary or artistic expression).
Databases are protected by the law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

The site may contain hypertext links to other sites, set up with permission of Hazlo. However, Hazlo is not supposed to check the contents of the sites visited through those links, and consequently will not assume any liability regarding to them or to their contents.

The data obtained are intended to facilitate subsequent browsing of the site, and also enable various measures of attendance.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
Any dispute related to the use of the site is subject to French law. The exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris.
